About Me

I'm Jo Engreitz, product of Seattle summers, Ithaca winters and New York City's startup scene.

I started my career building digital health apps to help scale value-based care. Currently I lead the product growth org at Frame.io, a saas startup powering remote workflow and collaboration for video creators.

Regardless of industry, I love bringing out the best in diverse teams, making ideas real, and building mission-driven, customer-centric businesses.

I spend a lot of time thinking about:

• Other people's problems
• Whose problems to solve first
• Designing for behavior change
• How to build sustainable growth engines
• The qualities, habits & rituals of high-performing teams
• How to be a better human

Outside of work you'll find me reading 📚, running 🏃🏻‍♀️, trying out new wearables ⌚, experimenting in the kitchen 👩🏻‍🍳, and hunting down the best coffee shops in the city (currently obsessed with Voyager Espresso️ ☕️).️
